Full time fixed term contract 12 months (maternity cover)
Salary £38,000 to £45,000 pa + benefits
My client, a professional law firm are looking to recruit a Finance Manager, to join the Finance Department in their Nottingham Office. This will be on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the effective running of the Finance Department, by ensuring that all legal requirements, legislation and solicitor accounts rules are met.
This position requires working knowledge of FRS 102, VAT, Corporation tax, PAYE, and P11Ds including up to date knowledge of current legislation. Experience of partnership accounts would be beneficial. We will require an AAT qualification as a minimum, however ACA, ACCA or CIMA is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, be able to remain calm under pressure, have a can do attitude and be able to work as part of a team.
