My client is a successful Wealth Management and Investments organisation within a legal practice, and they are now looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join the team at their Nottingham office.

Working with Independent Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and other Administrators you will be determined and self-motivated and comfortable working under pressure towards tight deadlines.  Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Handling sensitive client data between different IT systems including Intelliflo
  • Managing Adviser diaries and dealing with general client administration
  • Managing group pension data
  • Processing mail merges for bulk reporting processes and communications to clients therefore a good understanding of Windows including Word and Excel is essential.
  • The role will also involve dealing with third party providers and communicating with the firm’s clients consequently the ability to communicate with confidence is paramount.
  • Processing administrative changes to client portfolios so a prior knowledge of platforms and WRAP products is ideal, although further training can be provided.

The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and a good understanding of Financial Services products.  You will be highly organised and an effective researcher.

Ideally, you will also have prior knowledge of research tools for example FE Analytics, Dynamic Planner, DMS, Cash Calc, Avelo Exchange giving you the ability to produce quotes and research for client meetings and data management.  Whilst this would be ideal it is not essential as further training can be provided.

This is a rewarding role in a forward thinking and progressive company for the right individual who is committed to making personal progress.
