Salary to c£25,000 dep on exp + benefits


My client is an award-winning wealth management organisation and they now have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and professional administrator to join their team.


The role will involve:


  • Preparing client files for meetings taking place
  • Sending out letters of authority to investment and pension providers then chasing and monitoring the responses for clients
  • Updating Client Financial Review information
  • Preparing client review letters in the absence of the Client Liaison Manager
  • Issuing withdrawal and fund switch letters where required
  • Ensuring that the compliance requirements are met
  • Reception cover during lunches and holiday periods
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with any queries
  • General administration including photocopying, scanning, filing, opening distributing the post and trips to the Post Office where required


The person we are looking for:


  • Exceptionally professionally presented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a professional office, ideally but not necessarily financial services
  • Professional, friendly and bubbly disposition
  • Literate, numerate and accurate with a high level of attention to detail
  • Able to work within a team and independently
  • IT literate
  • Able to work to deadlines
