Salary to c£25,000 dep on exp + benefits and discretionary annual bonus

Full time Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. – Office Based

My client, a very well-established Wealth Management organisation, has an exciting new opportunity for an individual with previous financial services experience to join their team.

The varied role will involve:

Producing Review Letters

Producing Appointment Packs

Producing Fund Switch Letters

Processing new business

Progressing new business through to completion

Greeting clients into the office / reception

Dealing with phone calls and enquiries

Updating the Client Database

Liaising with Insurance Companies, Clients and Colleagues

Financial Services Administrator – Requirements:

Previous experience within a similar administrative role in the financial services / wealth management industry is preferred

IT literate

Good communication skills, both verbally and written

Professional and well organised
