Salary £20,000 – £25,000 dep on experience + benefits


My client, an award-winning IFA based in Leicester, is looking to appoint a Financial Services Administrator to join their existing team.  An excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in the Wealth Management Industry, who enjoys providing first class customer service and loves administration.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Provide client valuations
  • Export IT data from one system to another
  • Undertake individual projects from consultants and work independently on them
  • General filing and post duties
  • Maintain accurate client information on back office systems and websites
  • Produce correspondence to clients deemed appropriate, in an efficient and professional manner
  • Process new business via online submissions
  • Liaise with consultants and paraplanners and provide administrative support for their roles
  • Liaise with Insurers through written and verbal communication
  • Assist with mail merges
  • Risk Profilers
  • Reception duties – Answering Calls


Financial Services Administrator – The Ideal Person


  • Previous experience within the Wealth Management / Financial Services Industry
  • IT Literate
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Experience of Adviser Office or Xplan would be an advantage
