My client is a prestigious Wealth Management Company based in Market Harborough, and they have an exciting new vacancy for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team.

Providing first class administrative support alongside Paraplanners and Financial Planners, your role will involve:


·        General office duties, including arranging meetings, office supplies, meeting and greeting clients, dealing with incoming and outgoing post and answering the telephones

·        New Client Administration, to include creating new client packs, checking fact finds fully are completed and inputting fact find details onto the Client Database

·        Client documentation and diary entries, including scanning all documents/emails provided by Financial Planners onto Client Database and adding activity entries/workflows    

·        Compliance to include checking all Anti Money Laundering information is current and relevant checks have taken place and also checking Fact Find/Client Agreements are signed and dated

·        Client Servicing, including change of addresses, maintaining scanning records and preparing review packs

·        Preparing for Client Reviews which involves send letters, valuations and relevant documentation to the clients and ensuring Financial Planning figures are sent to clients for update and revision in preparation for the next meeting


Office Administrator - Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:


·        Office administration experience is essential, ideally a minimum of 1 year

·        Excellent planning and organisational skills with a methodical approach to work

·        Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and to adapt to changing situations

·        Excellent client facing and communication skills at all levels

·        Excellent telephone manner

·        Excellent team player

·        Proficient IT skills with a high level of word processing and spread-sheet knowledge

·        Honesty and integrity
