Job Role: To act as Technical Analyst/ Paraplanner. This includes performing administrative duties, oversight of Paraplanning, client research, report construction and client contact.
The role is comprised of the following areas:
General Day to day duties:
Dealing with telephone enquiries with clients/providers Attain a high level of accuracy in all work completed Support and guide the administration team
Business Culture and regulation:
Carrying out all tasks in a manner consistent with compliance procedures.
Establish and carry out departmental or organisational goals, policies and procedures
Effective communication, both written and verbal
Work well within a small busy team and fit the company culture and work ethics
You need the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Have a professional, proactive and positive attitude
Be able to prioritise and organise workload
