Administrator  Wealth Management

Derbyshire (our ref AL884)

Part Time - 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday

Salary £17,000 - £20,000 full time equivalent


My client is an established Wealth Management organisation and they are looking for an administrator to join their existing team.


The role will involve:


Sending out letters of authority to investment and pension providers, chasing and monitoring them

Preparing trust paperwork

Updating client fact find forms, data input

Preparing client review letters

Covering the reception desk for lunch cover and other times when the receptionist is unavailable

Being second port of call for answering incoming telephone calls

Helping clients with queries, arranging appointments etc

General administration including photocopying, scanning, filing, opening and distributing the post


The person we are looking for:


Professionally presented

Excellent communication skills

Previous experience working within a professional office, ideally within financial services

Literate and numerate

Able to work within a team and alone

IT literate

Produces accurate work in a timely manner
