Job description

My client is a very well regarded and established wealth management and pension specialist and they now have an exciting new vacancy for an experienced Pension Administrator (SSAS) to join their existing team in modern offices on the outskirts of Leicester.

The role

To carry out the day to day administration of a portfolio of SSASs dealing with all aspects of their administration including establishment/takeover, contributions, transfers in and out, investment transactions, benefit calculations and payment, property purchases and sales.

You will provide a quality service to both clients and their advisers working within agreed Key Performance Indicators and to internal service standards.

The Person

The job holder will have experience of SSAS administration, will ideally have experience of SSAS-Pro and demonstrate the following core competencies:

  • Good personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise their own workload;
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and driven approach;
  • Excellent level of attention to detail:
  • Works well under pressure maintaining attention to detail;
  • Ability to work to prescribed deadlines;
  • Clear concise communication skills at all levels;
  • A positive attitude to client care
